Refund & Cancellation Policy
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
AI Employee OS by Erika Rhone offers monthly service subscriptions that include software access, integrations, workflows, AI agent usage, support, and other services. Because these services begin immediately upon activation and trigger ongoing system costs, the following policies apply:
A. Required Notice to Cancel Services
To deactivate your AI Employee OS by Erika Rhone account, integrations, or any connected services, you must submit a cancellation request at least 14 days in advance of your next billing date.
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to: [email protected].
Cancellations made with fewer than 14 days’ notice may result in one additional monthly billing cycle, as system usage, integrations, and automation processes must be properly shut down.
B. Refund Eligibility
AI Employee OS by Erika Rhone provides a full refund of the subscription cost for one month (30 days) of service if the refund request is submitted within the first 14 days of the monthly subscription renewal.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original subscription payment.
C. Non-Refundable Costs
Because these expenses are generated immediately upon usage and cannot be reversed, the following items cannot be refunded:
Email usage fees
SMS or phone usage fees
Token charges from AI voice agents or chat agents
Automation-triggered costs
Third-party app expenses
Any service already completed or delivered
Once a service has been executed, authorized, or consumed, it is not eligible for a refund.
D. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Stripe, and depending on your financial institution, may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Stripe’s processing fees from the original transaction may not be returned, depending on Stripe’s policies at the time the refund is issued.
E. Stripe Processing Policies
AI Employee OS by Erika Rhone uses Stripe for payments. Stripe handles refunds according to their standard procedures, including:
Refund tracing and reference numbers
Status updates (pending, processing, completed)
Non-returnable processing fees
Limitations on canceling or reversing a refund
Negative balance handling for multiple refunds
